Standards Followed:

  • IEC 60335-1 :Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances such as coffee machines, dish washers, washing Machine
  • IEC 60598-1 : Safety of Lighting Equipment such as lamp holders, lights, fluorescent lights, sodium lights, electronic ballasts.
  • IEC 60950-1 : Safety of Information Technology Equipment Such as typewrites, erasers,  accounting machines, modems, telephone answering machines.
  • IEC 61010-1 : Safety for Electrical Equipment for Measurement, Control and Laboratory use such as regulation equipment, measuring equipment, electrical equipment for laboratories, safety testers.
  • IEC 61643-11: Low voltage surge protective devices Surge protective devices connected to low-voltage power distribution   systems requirements and tests.
Test carried out:
  1. HI-Pot/Dielectric Strength / Dielectric withstand Test(AC or DC).
  2. Insulation Resistance.
  3. Ground Bond.
